Shipping & Returns

A shipping confirmation email with an approximate delivery time will be sent to you when your order is actually shipped by registered post, providing you with instructions on how you can track the status of your package, if applicable.

If you live outside the EU, please check with customs officials within your country, as you may be required to pay additional duty fees.

All prices are exclusive of VAT. MISONA Simona Kenda s.p. is not subject to VAT under the Slovenian VAT Law, Article 94.

MISONA.info Return and Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and guaranee all products we manufacture and sell at our online shop to be free from defects of workmanship. However, if an item is deemed defective, or if for any reason you are not happy with your online order, we will gladly replace your order. Please return items within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.

When returning or exchanging by mail, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.However, if the return is a result of our error, we will issue a credit for the return shipping charges.

To return MISONA.info orders:

You may return your online purchase by mail within 14 days of receipt.

1. Please fill out the enclosed Return Form completely and keep a copy for your records.

2. Securely package the new, unworn and unwashed item(s) with tags attached along with the completed Return Form.

3. We recommend sending returns via insured, traceable mail to ensure safe delivery. MISONA is not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. The return will be refunded to the original form of payment used for purchase. Allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for the account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on the credit card statement.

MISONA.info Exchange Policy

Because merchandise quantities are limited, we strongly recommend that you do not exchange items as it is likely that the item(s) you want will no longer be available. In order to get the item(s) you want as quickly as possible, simply place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund. When we receive your return, we'll issue a refund.

If you’d like to make an exchange, list the item(s) you would like to receive on the Return Form included with your order. You will receive an email confirming that we are processing your return, followed by a separate email detailing the availability and/or shipping status of your exchange. Available item(s) will be sent via Standard Registered post to the shipping address on your invoice.

Please note that in the event that your exchange requires additional funds, the credit card initially used to purchase your order will be charged the difference. We are not able to accept personal check payments with your return.
